There are plenty of ways to get a simple weather forecast on your Pocket PC, including a few that display the upcoming week on your Today screen. Weather Center has no Today screen view, but scores high marks for the amount of detail that it provides and the truly international coverage of the IntelliCast weather feeds that it uses.

Select up to six preset cities from more than 5,000 around the globe and get a week's worth of forecasts, with the current day's details including humidity, visibility, wind chill and so on. Data for a single city takes up the entire screen, so you need to switch manually between locations via a menu command. It would have been preferable to reserve a small part of the screen area to display icons for the preset cities, to make selection quicker. There's nothing else to fault, though. If you have an active WiFi or Bluetooth connection on your handheld, Weather Center will update without having to be attached to your desktop PC.
