Computer Shopper survey 12:28PM, Monday 24th July 2006
Armed with Computer Shopper, it's easy to work out who's selling the best kit for your needs - but who offers the best service, and how reliable are their products over years of use?

Computer Shopper's 2006 Satisfaction Survey aims to find the answers, but we need your help.
We want you to tell us about the last PC and/or notebook you bought and how it went. Did the system turn up on time, did it match your order to the letter and has it worked flawlessly ever since? Or was your buying process a pain, your equipment dead on arrival and your refund lost in the post?

In return for your assistance, we'll enter you into a free prize draw to win an Xbox 360 and copy of Chromehounds, courtesy of Sega Europe; or a Packard Bell Imedia 1519 PC and a copy of Ghost Recon: Advanced Warfighter, courtesy of Ubisoft. We've also got 10 copies of Ghost Recon and five copies of Chromehounds to give away.

Just fill out the survey online at www.winapc.co.uk and you'll automatically be entered into the prize draw.
