Albatron introduces 256MB GeForce FX 5600 graphics cards 12:10PM, Wednesday 11th June 2003
Albatron Technology recently introduced a new graphics card, the FX5600EQ, which adopts Nvidiaļās GeForce FX 5600 graphics chip and is equipped with 256MB memory.

Based on the GeForce FX 5600 chip, the new FX5600EQ includes the latest version of the CineFX graphics engine and supports the OpenGL 1.4 and DirectX 9 standards. Meanwhile, it features Cg architecture, a high-level graphics shading language, as well as Intellisample technology, which offers improved resolution.

Providing a total of 256MB memory at a data transfer rate of 400MHz, the FX5600EQ also helps handle 3D gaming software and is 15 per cent faster than Albatron models based on Nvidiaļās GeForce4 Ti 4800 graphics chip.

The FX5600EQ also comes with D-Sub, DVI and TV-out connectors, Albatron said.
