Free broadband report: are you getting the speed you pay for?

Our broadband survey was a huge success. More than 22,500 broadband users signed up to tell us how reliable their ISPs were and how quick their connections were. We've collated all of the results together and have released them as a free downloadable report, so that you can find out who the UK's best ISP is.
The report is in PDF format, so you'll need to download the free Adobe Reader if you don't already have it. Once installed, simply download our free broadband report (1.4MB).
