The revised terms ensure that Adobe retains only those limited rights that allow it to operate the service and to enable the user to do use all of its features.
If the user decides to terminate the Photoshop Express account, Adobe's rights also will be terminated. Crucially, Adobe no longer claims ownership of content and won't sell images. The Express application also clearly states the rights the user grants to

Photoshop Express beta launched last month with terms that claimed "a worldwide, royalty-free, nonexclusive, perpetual, irrevocable, and fully sublicensable license to use, distribute, derive revenue or other remuneration from, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, publicly perform and publicly display" content content submitted to publicly accessible areas of the service.
Adobe quickly admitted that the license was unacceptable and promised a prompt revision.
The revised terms and conditions are online at photoshop.com/express/pxterms.html but will not come into affect until 10 April. This, says Adobe, gives users time to review and choose to continue using the Photoshop Express beta under the new terms.
