LabsSATA hard disks
Seagate's 750GB Barracuda has an attractive five-year warranty and was very fast at writing and reading large files. Unfortunately, it was particularly slow at reading small files, although it did better at writing them, coming mid-table at just over 8MB/s. This wouldn't be so bad if it were cheap, but Hitachi's better-performing Deskstar 750GB hard disk is £14 cheaper. SPECIFICATIONS:
