LabsSATA hard disks
Seagate's 500GB Barracuda fared well in our large files tests, coming in fourth at just less than 80MB/s overall. It wasn't as quick in our small files tests, with an average speed of just over 12MB/s. This makes it one of the slowest SATA disks here. Even so, the 7200.11 500GB disk is good value, particularly if you mostly want to store large files, such as for video editing. SPECIFICATIONS:
