This well-built PC manages to squeeze everything into a small chassis but still keep the internals tidy, and the processor options cover all the bases.

Tidy power looming and a SATA connection mean the memory slots are easy to access, and the PSU can be removed with ease. In spite of the case's low profile, you can still fit a full-height PCI card using an optional riser that turns the motherboard's connection 90 degrees. The motherboard's PCI Express x16 slot isn't used in this system, although, again, an optional riser card can be purchased to make use of it if needs be.

We like the dc7600 because it's small, quiet and solidly built, although you do pay for the compactness - our A-Listed NEC PowerMate offers a comparable specification, as well as a 17in TFT for £739. But the underlying design works well, and if giving your employees a powerful PC and more elbow room is important the dc7600 is a fine choice.
