poor customer service
1&1 are OK on price but they lack customer service. I've been with them for around 5 years & have had a few times when I needed customer service and it's been terrible. The calls are handled by a foreign call center & the staff cant tell what your saying etc. Very annoying when you have a site down & need to get your customers back into your site.

Rubbish customer service and technical problems
1&1 are awful for customer service and technical support. I have trialed MyBusiness and found quite a few technical problems. I found it doesn't work correctly with IE 6, I called and they told me use Firefox. Do they expect all customers to use Firefox?
They deleted my site early, eventually it came back missing all the pictures I had added and all my formatting and it cannot be changed.
Call them and they hang up, email them and they either don't reply or sent a stalling question.
A dreadful company.
