Appalling service
They contacted me the day before my sub was due to say the card had expired - lucky it had because at some point I must have upgraded to £100 pa Pro although I have no record of doing this - no response to emails, day later froze my account and gave me 7 days to pay up. Now with Carbonite and very happy.

Livedrive has won a PC Pro award
Given the Livedrive has just won the A list PC Pro award for Online Storage, do you think you could update your website?
http://www.pcpro.co.uk/reviews/online-backup This page is listed on Google and it would be nice of Livedrive was shown on the page and also to show it has won the award.
I use Monster Cloud who are Livedrive resellers and they are very good at customer service, Livedrive is great at backing up too.
