Articulate Presenter 09 / Studio 09 review

Not only does this provide playback controls, but it also offers a sidebar containing branding and presenter panels, and a tabbed navigation panel that shows a hierarchical outline, slide thumbnails and searchable notes.

The player is both attractive and functional, but it's the attention to detail that really stands out, including new features such as formatting support for notes and the option for readers to resume the presentation where they left off.

Articulate Presenter certainly isn't the only PowerPoint-to-Flash solution. In fact, with competition from Adobe's high-end Captivate and the cheap-and-cheerful Wildform Flair, it's neither the most powerful nor the best value option available, especially with the current dollar exchange rate. However, with deep PowerPoint integration and the sheer professionalism of its player-based output, Articulate Presenter 09 has a lot to recommend it.
