OneNote 2007 in Software

If you're gathering information from many sources, you can drag and drop, copy and paste, and grab screen clippings by pressing on the keyboard, or print information to the "Send to OneNote" printer driver from just about any application. OneNote also has a special relationship with Outlook. Outlook can create OneNote pages linked to appointments and contacts, while OneNote can create Outlook Tasks, Appointments, Meeting Requests, Contacts or Emails. All items include two-way links, so you can quickly get from the Outlook Item to its notes, and from OneNote to any linked items in Outlook.

OneNote is a fantastic application that deserves wider attention. It's now included in the Home & Student, Enterprise and Ultimate editions of Office, but users of the other editions should seriously consider buying it as a separate application.
