My veredict
A good server while you don't configure it with 16Gb or 32 of ram. If you do this, all that you'll have is a goot turbo-reactor next tou yor hear.
Dell does not give patches or support to this, and leaves the users abandoned.
Sell dell comunities or searcg google "T605 loud fan noise".
Not bad for an equipment that is promoted as "silent" :-(
