From around the web
This is an area where I believe multitouch screens should be used more effectively.
The LCD panel that flips up should house all controls, if possible.
As a Bonus idea, it would be great if I could see the document I'm scanning in the LCD panel and then move or zoom into the precise area that I wish to be scanned - its amazing nobody has done this yet. Plus would love to see it in photocopiers too!

I wouldn't recommend
This printer is full of little annoyances such as:
1. The large green button at bottom left of conslole looks like the 'copy' button is actually the off button. press it accidentally and you have to wait for the printer to go through its 15 minute wake up sequence before you can make your copy.
2. painfully slow (and very regular) print cartridge changing sequence.
3. When double sided printing it waits an age for the ink to dry before printing on the opposite side.
In short this printer is like waiting for your mum to put makeup on before she goes out.

Good SoHo All in one Printer
A good printer for the price. I bought this to replace my very ink hungry epson printer of similar spec. My only criticism really is the shiny black eterior that quickly looks grubby from small scratches, fingerprints and dust. Otherwise, an effective photocopier, scanner and printer with capable and easily installed networking. I was very surprised to find the original cartridges supplied with the printer were real/full cartriges, not the nearly empty ones supplied by many manufactureres. (This is in effect a £40 saving straight out of the box) I can't say the printer has ever taken 15 minutes to wake up like the previous reviewer, but maybe a minute or two, which is comparable to our commercial printers in the office, so I don't find this an issue.
