Jeyo Mobile Extender

Most services that bring SMS texting directly into Outlook use gateway servers as the message transport mechanism. These charge per item, which is fine for corporates, but not for those who can't use existing text bundles on their mobiles. This is where Jeyo comes in - as long as you have a compatible device running Windows Mobile 2002 or Smartphone edition. Your phone is then used to send and receive texts within Outlook using ActiveSync. We like the ability to convert and send an email message into an SMS with just a couple of clicks, and vice versa. Receiving text messages within Outlook itself is also useful, as is the ability to backup your SMS messages. It's a shame it only supports Windows Mobile devices, though.
