It automatically inserts personalised greetings text in your replies, and converts a message sent to a multiple BCC list into multiple single messages, each individually addressed. We like the message tracking using IDs and reply counters, Post-It-style notes for incoming mail and the quick insertion of custom boilerplate text from a drop-down toolbar list.
