D-Link Wireless-N Nano USB Adapter DWA-131

Verdict

A neat way to add 802.11n to an old laptop or all-in-one, but doesn't boast a particularly long range

This is hardly unique!

There's been an Edimax EW-7711UTn out for several months, for rather less than £10 when I got a couple. Now they're around £13. That's MORE reasonably priced!
