KODAK DC25 review

Verdict

Very good features for the price. Easy to use, but with limited software. The critical point is whether the resolution is good enough for your intended use

Image quality is limited by the resolution. Even in high-res mode, any cheap 35mm or 110 point-and-shoot camera will produce better quality images, at a tenth of the price. The benefit is the speed with which images are available, as the cost of batteries offsets any advantage of absence of processing costs.

Image quality is such that prints beyond about 3 x 5in are a waste of time, so the DC25 isn't for holiday snaps. But if you want small images for a company newsletter, then the DC25 is very good value.
