Where did it all go wrong.....?
Genuine user reviews of Act! are bad, very bad. Once Act! products were simple and easy to use, the product peaked at Act! 2000, also known as Act 5. From there the decline has been frantic. Users report that support is from India and is hopeless. Technical problems with MS Outlook and Office 2007+ cause support issues that never end, sometimes it works sometimes it does not, it's random. The review above doen not include any real life experence, the last line says: "However, it's not likely to deter many of ACT!'s satisfied users". Just do a Google search for real user experences and read some of the many (very many) bad reviews from real users. Then buy somthing else!
