Auto Print review

Despite utopian promises of paperless offices, there's little sign of less paper being used up and down the country. The printer market isn't exactly stagnating, either. Sperry Software specialises in making Outlook do more, and that extends to printing with Auto Print. Its job is simple: automatically printing your email as it lands in your inbox. You can print emails, attachments or both. You can implement powerful filtering, printing only messages with particular keywords or from specific senders, including multiple keywords and multiple senders. You can even delay between prints, so that emails and attachments print in order - email, attach, email, attach and so on. Usefully, you can print all outgoing email to create a hard copy of sent items.
