not sure what your reviewer was doing but I am well able to stream video podcasts and Youtube videos directly from the EV!9150 without any of my PC's being switched on!

Interesting
Seems there have been some rather serious issues with the Youtube playback, as detailed here on Netgear's forums:

I'll try updating the firmware again and see what happens. Thanks for bringing the issue to my attention! :)
