SoHo?
It would be nice to find a SoHo priced Firewall / router that can load balance two WANS, be they 3G, DSL or CABLE but for around the £100 to £150 price point?

SoHo - Yes there is one, another PC recommended
It's the Balance 20W, it has 1 LAN for DSL or Cable and 1 USB for 3G/GPRS - it retails @ €249 (about £220)
Or the entry-level 3 WAN port is the Balance 30 @ €399 (about £350)
I've trialed two of the Balance 310's and think they are fantastic, having tried various others that "sort-of" perform, these do exactly what they say they do on the tin!
For those old enough to remember, in the words of Victor Kiam, the man who coined the slogan: "I liked the shaver so much, I bought the company" for his Remington firm...
I liked the product so much, we've just signed up as their UK partner!
