Rock Xtreme CT-2.13

If the Xtreme CT had showed up last month, we'd have praised it more loudly for its Windows performance, as well as complimenting it on its 3D power. But even in that short period, things have moved on, and we can no longer get quite as excited. It's true that it's amazingly fast, but the caveat is that the Evesham is even faster in our 3D benchmarks. The one area where the Rock wins is its three-year insurance-backed collect-and-return warranty - although Evesham also includes a three-year warranty, the final two years are only return-to-base. But this fact is reflected in the Evesham's lower price, and when you take into account its larger hard disk and faster 3D performance it's clear which is the logical choice.
