You have reviewed the software that won teh PC Pro Awards for 2009, but looking at your screen image, you reviewed the version that was superceded two years ago, that's verionis 2.7. We are now up to verions 4....
I am one of the major resellers of this product in Australia and the only support issues I have to deal with is technically challenged people who struggle to install the software, and rarely get calls from people with virus issues. It's a great product so please do it more justice...
