Chillblast Fusion FX55 SLi Ultra

Verdict

A wealth of high-performance components make this a powerful and attractive PC, but it's let down only by its awkward case and minimal warranty.

Overall Rating
5 stars out of 6

The asking price of £2,449 buys you a lot of very nice kit, and the system itself is mostly impressive. Chillblast has obviously taken care to build a quality system, using custom heatsinks to reduce noise and tidying cables neatly. However, the after-sales care is a touch lacking. We'd want to be mollycoddled by any company with which we've spent £2,500, and a single year of collect-and-return warranty isn't our idea of being spoilt. Chillblast does offer a three-year, on-site warranty for an extra £205, but this is a touch pricey for our liking. This system is a seriously attractive option if you're after performance at any cost, but the sparse warranty prevents it from garnering an all-out recommendation.
