HP Compaq dc5800

There is one area of concern, and that's the Compaq's warranty. The dc5800 comes with just one year of on-site, next business day cover; every machine in the Business PC Labs offered at least three years of cover, most with a combination of on-site and return-to-base protection.

Issues such as the brief warranty and large chassis don't, however, distract from the fact that the HP Compaq dc5800 is a superb business PC. Fantastic performance comes courtesy of the Core 2 Duo E8200, which tops off a well-rounded specification. Couple that with consistently intelligent design and low power draw, and it's clear that the Compaq is a viable, and solid, business choice.
