If your laptop isn't endowed with Bluetooth and you've ever rummaged in the bottom of a bag to get at a travel mouse only to find the adapter missing, this is for you. The Ultra Small Bluetooth 2 USB adapter does nothing more than add Bluetooth, but it protrudes by just 5mm once it's in your laptop, which means you'll never need to take it out. No more forgetting to remove it and breaking a USB port, and no more losing it outright. For this amount of usefulness, we'd be happy to pay a lot more than a tenner, particularly since it has both hands-free and audio profiles. So at this price, it's a bargain.
