Breathe takes the Biscit 9:27AM, Monday 12th March 2007
Breathe Networks has announced that it is acquiring the business of rival ISP Biscit, which went into administration last week.

Breathe said on Saturday that it had agreed to take on Biscit's 13,500 subscribers using the Realm Migration process, which ensures that subscribers will not have to make any changes to their Internet settings.

Biscit subscribers will be asked whether they are happy for their connection to be moved to Breathe; if not, they will be supplied with a migration access code (MAC) to enable them to switch to another provider.

Breathe said that it is working with BT and Ofcom, as well as Biscit founder, Nathan Relevy, to ensure there is no loss of service and disruption for customers.

Breathe has put together an FAQ with more information about the transition.
