Take the mobile broadband speedtest
Posted on 22 Dec 2008 at 18:07
PC Pro has teamed up with the internet specialists Thinkbroadband.co.uk to create the UK's first mobile broadband speedtest.
Click here to take the speedtest now
The test has been designed specifically for 3G mobile broadband, including USB dongles, integrated laptop modems or dedicated PCI cards.
The test will give you an accurate measurement of your mobile broadband speed, allowing you to see just how close you're getting to the speeds advertised by your mobile network.
The results of the tests will also help PC Pro reveal which is the country's fastest 3G network in 2009, helping our 1 million+ readers make an informed decision about which 3G service offers the best performance.
The test will only take a couple of minutes to complete, and you can register and save you results for future reference, to see how well your mobile broadband is performing over time.
