The following is PC Pro's exclusive list of the top PC manufacturers, as voted for by over 16,000 readers. These manufacturers will all be competing for the prestigious PC Award at the official awards ceremony on Monday 4 December.
To make this list, the companies must have beaten the industry average for customer service, reliability and customer satisfaction. With opinions given on over 85,000 products in total (click here for more information), this is the UK's most comprehensive survey of its kind.
The shortlist, in alphabetical order, is:
Acer
Dell
Evesham Technology
Fujitsu Siemens
HP
Lenovo

Packard Bell
The winners will be announced on this website on Tuesday 5 December.
