Navman takes GPS mainstream 6:07PM, Friday 22nd September 2006
As GPS devices strike ever farther into the mainstream, Navman has launched the F20 for £179 inc VAT.

With a 3.5in touch-sensitive colour screen and incorporating an SiRF Star III GPS receiver, the F20 features postcode search and a Back on Track function so that, should you make a wrong turn, you'll still have the quickest route to your destination.

It also has shortcuts for 'My Home' and 'Favourite Journeys' for quick access to your most common destinations. There are also buttons for access to the nearest parking spots and garages.

Extras include the ability to download safety camera positions from the Navman websites, and support for a T1 traffic module that will feed in live traffic information and route you round trouble spots.

For more information, visit the Navman website.
