First of all, thank you again for all the Pro readers who took part in our survey to help determine the prize winners. This year has seen a record response: 13,000 of you took the time to complete our survey, making this the most comprehensive guide to customer support and product reliability in Europe, let alone the UK.

(Note that all the companies had to pass our magic 100 mark: that is, at least 100 of the readers who completed the survey must have bought the companies' product, or used their service, in the last two years. Any less than 100, and the results of our survey wouldn't be significant enough to draw solid conclusions.)

PC Pro's 10th Anniversary Awards
This year we've also established a ten-year anniversary award to mark the achievements of ten companies that have grown with PC Pro in the decade since our very first issue. When we looked back at issue 1 of the magazine, we found that over forty of the companies that had a presence in our November 1994 issue were still trading. And out of that forty, we picked ten that had made the biggest contribution to advancing technology and supporting IT customers over the years.

So, in alphabetical order, here are the IT companies that picked up PC Pro's 10th Anniversary Awards at our ceremony on October 21st: AMD, Canon, Dell, Evesham, Hi-Grade, HP, IBM, Intel, Microsoft and Toshiba.
