Reference: Technology support lines for the Christmas period

Evesham
Evesham doesn't wish to publicise its support lines, as they report problems with non-customers abusing the system to obtain free technical support.
Evesham's support lines will be closed Christmas Day, Boxing Day and Saturday the 27th. It will be open 29 and 30 Devember as normal. On New Year's Eve it will be closing at 4pm and will be closed Thursday 1 January 2004. From Friday 2nd January 2004 normal working hours will be resumed.
Carrera
Its support line new systems less than 30-days old is open '24x7'. This includes Bank Holidays. For other systems, normal working hours apply: Mon Fri 9am-6pm (with late extension on Tues & Thursday, to 8pm), Sat 9-12.
HP and IBM
Finally, with larger vendors, such as HP and IBM, you will be dependent on the individual supplier involved.
