For £43.94, the Sharp ZQ-520PC is available from Argos. It has its own proprietary platform and nothing to shout about in the memory department, but it will hook up to a PC so you can synchronise contacts and so on.
But for barely a fiver more, you can get the far more stylish and useful Palm Zire. Comet has it for £49.99.
At £96.93, Dabs.com has the Sharp OZ-770PC, notable for its easy to use keyboard.
But if you can make the jump, at £135.52 you can buy the beautiful Sony Clié PEG-SJ22 from EmpireDirect. Although it has Palm 4.1, like the Zire, it does have an impressive colour screen.

Microsoft gets a piece of the action at £170.20, in the form of the PocketPC-based Mitac Mio 338 for £170.20 from Evesham.com.
If you want your mobile and PDA in one device, then Dabs has the colour Handspring Treo 270 for £190.87.
At £183.30 you can get Dell's PocketPC-based Axim X5 Performance - with 64MB of memory - from Total PDA.
The Bluetooth-ready Tungsten T3 (pictured) is available for £284.95 from globalpositioningsystems.co.uk.
A PocketPC device with a built in GSM phone is available for £289.00 from HandNav in the form of the HP Jornada 928. And Dell has a GPS edition of its Axim X5 for £358.38.
The GSM-enabled Tungsten-W is available for £378.15 from Computerwebstore, with a button keyboard for easy text input, but only Palm OS 4.1. For £390.70 you can pick up the Sony Clié PEG-NR70V from Scan, another Palm OS 4.1 PDA but with a host of multimedia applications and a camera.
Finally, the Handspring Treo 600 is a GSM phone and Palm OS 5-based device and is available for £438.52 from Expansys.
