The Taiwanese heat dissipation specialist Global WIN has released a new water-cooling system for PCs.

Silent Stream will be available for Intel Pentium 4 and AMD K7 based systems, and should also be upgradeable for AMD K8 processors.

Described as an easy-to-install water-cooling system, it comprises a water block and radiator, linked together by flexible tubes.

While the tubes circulate the water - at a rate of thirty-two litres per hour, apparently - the radiator is also equipped with a fan to further help move heat out of the case and bring in fresh air.

Rainbow Components is the UK distributor for Global WIN products. Pricing, however, has yet to be confirmed.
