Bulldog has cut the price of its PrimeTime 1000, 1Mbit/sec ADSL broadband package to just £23.49 per month.

PrimeTime 1000 in fact provides two different connection speeds, depending when it is being used. During off-peak hours you get the full 1Mbit speed, dropping to 512K during office hours (8am to 6pm. Monday to Friday). Upstream speeds are either 256 or 400K, depending on which exchange your are connected to.

Bulldog has clawed back some of the reduced monthly fee by raising the installation charge to £82.24, but the company says that over the first 12 months, the saving on the standard PrimeTime 1000 price the saving is £46.94.

The offer lasts until 30 September and includes a USB modem - both Mac and Windows compatible. A static IP address costs an additional £1.99.

Bulldog ADSL services are only available within range of its exchanges, currently restricted to London and other major cities (see the Service Availability Checker).

Further information and ordering details are available at www.bulldogdsl.com/residential. All prices include VAT.
