BNP membership list leaked again

Wikileaks claims to have posted the BNP membership list for a second time.
The list contains 16,000 unique entries, detailing the names, addresses, postcodes, telephone numbers and birth dates of alleged members.
If the list is genuine it suggests that the BNP heartland is Leicestershire - which account for the highest proportion of members.
Wikileaks has insisted the list is an accurate indication of the BNP's membership as of April, though it warned people not to take it at face value.
Journalists and opponents have sometimes joined the BNP to obtain information about it
"It should not be assumed that every person with a BNP membership number is a current member of the BNP," the site says. "For instance, journalists and opponents have sometimes joined the BNP to obtain information about it."
BNP party lead Nick Griffin claimed "the alleged new membership list leak is part of a hysterical media-driven anti-British National Party campaign which is growing in intensity".
He further claimed that its publication was intended to undermine his controversial appearance on Question Time this week.
The leak follows a similar incident back in November, when a list of 10,000 members appeared on the internet. That list also contained jobs, hobbies and convictions.
Last month, former BNP member Matthew Single admitted leaking the data in a Nottingham Magistrate's court. He was fined £200 for breaching the Data Protection Act.

Ambiguity
Just to clarify... the list includes *convictions*? That could either mean "thinks the earth is flat", "UFO lover" etc - or it could mean "25 parking tickets and an ABH". I can't quite see why the BNP would keep either bit of information, and it raises in my mind the chance that the list might not actually be from them, at all! Given the nature of wikileaks, have the BNP agreed it's their list?

1st list
The first list contained a name of the landlord of our local. he confirmed his membership. The leak gives this lot even more press coverage. if Proportional representation in the press were taken into account you would think they were the 3rd party of the country, not smaller than the green party.

The BNP is bound to attract negative press being anti globalisation.

Adolf Griffin is glad of the publicity.

They may be looking to recruit Gordon Brown since he mention a "New World Order" recently and relating it to the way his party would govern.
