Star Trek star LeVar Burton, better known as Chief Engineer Geordi La Forge, joined Intel senior VP Eric Kim on stage at the third day of IDF to deliver a stirring address to attendees.
He described science fiction as an expression of the power of the human imagination.
“You developers are the dreamers in our culture, so I encourage you to not be afraid to dream that big dream,” he declared.
“And as my friend Patrick Stewart likes to say,” he concluded: “Make it so.”
