A new version of the Mozilla browser is now available - mozilla.org has released Mozilla 1.1 beta.
You can read the full release notes for the beta version on the mozilla.org Web site.
New features in the release - in addition to the odd bug fix - include an update of the JavaScript Debugger, all search functions consistently using your default search engine, improved rendering, full-screen mode supported for Linux, and a button for creating new browsing tabs.
Described as having undergone 'a major development cycle', the new JavaScript Debugger now supports the creation of user-defined views and commands. It also features a palette of nine views that can be rearranged within the main window, or docked in separate floating windows.
The well-received Mozilla 1.0 was released back at the start of June. It's the browser of choice among the online editors here at Dennis, by the way.
