PC Pro: Hi. I'm looking to buy a laptop for my wife. She needs it for basic internet access, and to download her digital photos.

PC Pro :
I'd rather not provide telephone number.
Dell:
Is she specific about the screen size ?
PC Pro:
Not really. She just needs something big enough for watching shows on the iPlayer
Dell:
What is the approximate budget in mind for the laptop and when would you like to purchase ?
PC Pro:No more than £600, happy to buy now

PC Pro:
I've seen adverts for these 'netbooks' in the paper. Are these not good enough?
Dell:
no
PC Pro:
Why not?
Dell:
they are net books and not laptops
PC Pro:
What's the difference?
Dell:
the net books comes with a Slower Processor, lesser memory, lesser hard drive, no optical drive and it would not be possible to have Any software loaded on this net book
PC Pro:
So she couldn't download her photos?
Dell:
I would recommend you to go for a Studio 15 laptop
PC Pro:
OK. My friend told me he could download photos on his netbook, so I'm just a bit confused.
Dell:
it is a net book and not a laptop
