Apple will attend next year's CES show in Las Vegas - and Steve Jobs is being lined up to deliver a keynote speech, according to reports.
Apple has traditionally shunned CES in favour of its own MacWorld Expo, but the company decided to ditch the much-loved show last year.
Now, the Wall Street Journal is reporting that Apple will definitely attend the CES conference in Vegas next January.
CES boss Gary Shapiro is also attempting to convince Steve Jobs to deliver a keynote speech, a coup that is bound to improve attendances at a show which saw a 20% decline in visitors last year.
Jobs has only recently returned to Apple following his liver transplant, and has yet to make a public appearance.
Microsoft's Bill Gates was the star turn at CES for over a decade, but his successor Steve Ballmer will deliver the Microsoft keynote next year. Intel's Paul Otellini is another confirmed speaker.
