Chumby - the small Wi-Fi gadget that has become a cult favourite in the US - is now shipping to the UK.
The versatile little device is a portable media player cum internet terminal, that displays anything from YouTube videos to emails to news headlines on its 3.5in touchscreen.
Applications are added via a selection of "widgets" that are developed by both the manufacturer and the ever-eager user community.
The $199 device was launched in the US in 2007, but is now shipping to the UK for the first time.
However, the Chumby website warns that manufacturer warranties may not be valid when shipped internationally, and it's not clear whether the gadget will come with a UK plug.
We'll bring you a full review of the Chumby as soon as possible.
