Gmail offers to "undo" sent email

Google has rolled out a new feature for Gmail which allows you to unsend an email.
The feature is available through Gmail Labs and places a small "undo send" button next to the "message has been sent" notification.
So, if one-too-many shandys has made you say something you immediately regret, or you've simply forgotten to add an attachment, clicking the button will retrieve that sent message from the ether allowing you to correct the mistake.
The undo send button works by holding the email for five seconds after you click the send button, allowing for a change of heart. Google has confirmed the delay only occurs for those who enable the feature, and that it plans to bulk this up to 10 seconds should the feature find an audience.
An accompanying "Cancel" button will also allow you to halt a message been sent at all, if you can catch it fast enough.
