Those who are eagerly anticipating getting their hands on Apple's new MacBook Pro will have to wait a little longer, as Apple is ironing out complications before bringing out the 17in laptop.
The 2.66GHz Intel-powered 'unibody' laptop - so-called because it's carved out of a single block of aluminium - was due to arrive at the end of January, according to announcements made at the MacWorld Expo earlier this year.
However, those who have ordered the MacBook will now have to wait until 18 February to test
out their new ?1,950 machine.
Apple explained the problem to thousands of customers in a mass email: "Wrapping up the new 17-inch MacBook Pro is taking a few days longer than we expected," the company wrote.
When it does arrive, the MacBook Pro will come complete with 4GB of memory and a 320GB hard drive. It boasts up to eight-hours battery life and a 1,920 x 1,200 LED-backlit display with optional anti-glare coating.
