Details emerge on Samsung's NC10 successor

Rumours have surfaced that Samsung will release its successor to the NC10 netbook in February.
Imaginatively titled the NC20, the netbook will reportedly feature a 1.3Ghz Via Nano processor, and 12.1in screen, putting it on course to compete with Dell's Mini 12.

This will be supported by a 160GB hard drive and 1GB of RAM, as well as a range of connection options including Bluetooth, Wi-Fi and Ethernet. Customers can also expect a 3-in-1 card reader and 1.3-megapixel camera to round out the package.

In a separate announcements Sony has put up a teaser site for "a revolutionary new VAIO" which is due to makes its appearance on 9 January.
There's no other details available aside from a countdown, however, speculators are suggesting Sony could be ready to unveil its entrant into the netbook market.
