The new Lenovo W700 ThinkPad laptop will sport a secondary 10in display, the company has announced.
The W700 is being targeted at graphic designers and features a 10.6in secondary display with a resolution of 1,280 x 768 that folds away behind the 17in primary display when not in use.
Aside from the headline-grabbing dual display the new ThinkPad also offers an impressive set of specifications including an Intel Core 2 Quad Core Q9100 processor, 4GB of RAM, NVIDIA Quadro FX 2700M, and a choice of either a 64GB solid state drive or 200GB RAID storage.
There's also an onboard palm rest digitiser (the laptop equivalent of a graphics tablet), integrated colour calibration and the usual ThinkPad security technologies to remotely lock the laptop down via text message if it's lost or stolen.
There's no word on UK pricing yet, but Lenovo claims the laptops will begin shipping by the end of this month.
