Lenovo reveals S9 netbook specs

Lenovo has released further details about its upcoming netbook, the Lenovo S9.
The details come courtesy of Lenovo's Hong Kong website, which notes that the S9 will feature a 8.9in screen, 1.6Ghz Intel Atom, 512MB of RAM, 4GB SSD, and a Linux-based operating system.
Lenovo is also releasing a larger S10 model, which will feature the same processor, but come equipped with 2GB of memory and a 160GB HDD.
Both laptops are set to weigh in at around 1.1Kg, and feature Wi-Fi, a 4-in-1 card reader and the option of either a three or six hour battery. Rumours also suggest the two models will be available in either white, red or pink and sport a multi-touch trackpad.
The S9 will only be available in Europe, a decision which Lenovo claims was made on the back of customer demand. However, customer demand certainly can't explain the pricing with the S9 set to cost £80 more in the UK than the S10 costs in the US.
