"The ISP's charge their customers for '8Mb/sec broadband' either on a fixed quantity or 'unlimited' (a lie in most cases). They gamble that the bandwith they've taken money for won't be used and sell it again, oversubscribing the bandwidth they have. If customers (how dare they?) actually use their bandwidth that they paid for, why should anyone but the ISP pay? They gambled badly and lost. Either put the price up to cover increased usage, or shut the hell up whining!"
