Hands-on with the Nikon D60

Verdict
In the face of the EOS 450D's markedly improved specifications over its predecessor the 400D, the D60 seems like a lot more money over the D40x, for not very much in the way of extra hardware. For now we have to say that Canon appears still to be in the lead, although the lower price for the D60 could see it snatching some of Canon's potential new customers.
Look out for full in-depth reviews of both the Nikon D60 and the Canon EOS 450D on pcpro.co.uk in the very near future.
