A superb year for both companies. Their high-quality notebooks have proved reliable, with more than 90% of their customers happy to buy again.

WINNER - MEDION
Scoring six out of six on all star ratings requires an impressive effort. Reliable and well supported machines at a decent price - 87.6% would buy another Medion PC.

Follows up last year's Digital Camera award victory with another - and it's well deserved. It was challenging for top position in every category.

Convincing more than 95% of owners to buy your brand again is no easy task, but one that Canon has achieved with high print quality and good value for money.

Excellent monitors, hefty prices. But if quality and support are your priorities, you can't go wrong with an Eizo - no wonder 94% of
people would buy Eizo again.

GRAPHICS CARDS
WINNER - BFG
Top of the class for performance and way clear of the field for reliability and customer support - 96% would buy again.

MOTHERBOARDS

With motherboards as consistently reliable as Gigabyte's, it's no wonder it has such excellent brand loyalty.

WIRELESS ROUTERS
WINNER - DRAYTEK
Its routers can't be faulted for their reliability or their performance - a rare thing indeed for wireless routers.
HIGHLY COMMENDED - ZYXEL, BUFFALO
SMARTPHONES
WINNER - RIM
A clean sweep from RIM, with little to complain about at all apart from the highly addictive nature of the CrackBerry.
